Mr. Nieto was admitted to PAM Specialty Hospital of Victoria, North after being in a local acute care hospital. He was living at home with his daughter and granddaughter when they had noticed his increased weakness and fever. Upon lab work, they discovered he had a UTI, which likely resulted in his symptoms, and recommended PAM Specialty Hospital of Victoria, North for IV antibiotics and therapy.
We are pleased to say that Mr. Nieto regained his functional strength and independence with ADL’s by participating in our physical and occupational therapy programs. His favorite thing was proving to us his ability to stand without his walker at the edge of his bed to show us his strength. Mr. Nieto looks forward to returning home, continuing his exercises and regaining his quality of life. He thanks all of the staff at PAM Specialty Hospital of Victoria, North for their support, kindness, and hospitality. Especially, “Little Lydia” his favorite housekeeper who would check on him every day.
“Thanks to all of the staff at PAM Specialty Hospital of Victoria, North for their support, kindness, and hospitality” — Mr. Nieto
