Dr. Artham is a native of India. After graduating from medical school in India in 2002, he moved to the United States in 2003 in pursuit of higher education. He pursued masters in public health at University of North Texas Health Science Center, Fort Worth, TX. He completed his residency training in internal medicine and fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine from Ochsner Clinic Foundation, New Orleans, LA. Then he went on to pursue further training in interventional cardiology at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, Detroit, MI. After that he got married and he went on to work at Sanford Health, Bismarck, ND for five years before he moved to our practice here in New Braunfels, TX. Dr. Artham has one daughter who is three years old and when he is not at work he tries to spend all his free time with his family as much as possible. Dr. Artham is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, Echocardiography and he holds RPVI credentials. His expertise is in treating patients with coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial disease and structural heart disease. At the end of the day he cherishes and values the time he spends taking care of his patients.
