Scott B. Picou, M.D

Dr. Picou was born and raised in Houma, LA. He obtained a B.S. degree in Biology from Louisiana State University and earned his M.D. degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He then completed his internship and residency at LSU Rural Family Medicine Program in Bogalusa, LA. Dr. Picou is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians, and the Louisiana State Medical Society. His special interests include in-office procedures and travel medicine. Dr. Picou and his wife enjoy LSU sports and being outdoors.
