Currently serving as the Program Director for SNF Discharge Appropriateness Review and the Program Champion for the Amputee Rehab Program with PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. His residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation was at Wadsworth West LA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. He was a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and was involved in several research studies at the University of California at Davis Medical School. He has had publications in Neuropharmacology and Science. In his spare time, Dr. O'Neil is an avid runner.
