Honor to Lead Program at PAM Health

Through a series of interactive educational sessions, Honor to Lead participants embark on a transformational journey to learn more about themselves, their teams, and the business. Along the way, they gain greater understanding of their strengths, areas for development, and how these inform critical aspects of their leadership style. Participants develop insight into ways to optimize teamwork and effort while also participating in exercises to help them learn how to hire the right people for the right roles, reduce turnover, and improve employee engagement. In addition to further developing emotional intelligence, executive presence, and professionalism, participants graduate the Honor to Lead program with a deeper appreciation of the PAM Health business model and how they play a critical role in our ongoing success.
