Barbara Canady was experiencing flashes in her eyes, but little did she know the extent of the issue. After a CAT scan, doctors realized she had a brain aneurysm, which resulted in a healthcare journey to get healthy again. When she first arrived at PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sugar Land for inpatient rehab, she was not eating on her own and experiencing a loss of balance and dizziness. By the time she was ready for discharge, her walking had improved, she felt better, she was eating on her own, and she was much more independent again. Barbara credits the PAM Health team for helping her make a lot of progress in a short amount of time. “I am light years ahead of when I first got here,” she stated.
