Hospital: PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Centennial Hills
Diagnosis: Cardiac rehab
After having two stents placed to restore the blood flow in his blocked artery following a heart attack, Todd Cinnamon was still not back to feeling like himself. He could not lift much, move well, and felt weak overall. He came to PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Centennial Hills for outpatient cardiac rehabilitation and is incredibly glad he did!
Todd said his respiratory therapist, Mark, made the biggest impact as he provided hi with incredible guidance with a positive attitude. Mark kept Todd on track to rebuild his strength and meet his goals, including reaching his target heart rate of 120 beats per minute! Todd is happy to see that he is now able to safely sustain a higher heart rate and also feels stronger. He is looking forward to doing more things again, including traveling to Antarctica in six months.
Todd would recommend the cardiac rehab program to anyone and especially appreciated the flexibility of the program and how willing everyone was to work with his schedule.
