Robert J. Tribeck

Rob Tribeck, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

Rob Tribeck served as outside counsel to PAM Health from 2009 through 2014, when he joined the company as Chief Legal Officer. In that capacity, he is responsible for all legal operations of PAM Health and its over one hundred affiliated entities, as well as oversite of PAM Health’s governance, risk, and compliance functions.

Prior to joining PAM Health, Rob was a partner at Harrisburg-based Rhoads & Sinon LLP and Barley Snyder LLP. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Dauphin County, and Federal Bar Associations, and was formerly President of the Middle District of Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. From 2015 through 2021, Rob served as a Trustee of the Pennsylvania State University  and, in 2021, was appointed Trustee Emeritus of the University.
