Lisa MacLean

With over 35 years of experience in business development, marketing, public relations, managed care, and workers’ compensation within the post-acute industry—including long-term acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and home health—Lisa joined PAM Health in 2014. Her diverse roles have provided her with comprehensive insight into patient care and the healthcare continuum.

Recognizing the growing need for healthcare advocacy at both the state and national levels, Lisa transitioned into her current role as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Government Relations Officer. In this capacity, she leverages her extensive expertise to champion healthcare reform, with a particular focus on long-term acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, and behavioral health hospitals.
