Kristen Smith, MHA, PT

Kristen is responsible for the operations across PAM Health’s inpatient and ambulatory service lines.  Kristen has over 30 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles overseeing operations, business development, clinical, quality and case management teams at the health system and corporate levels, and consulting in the post-acute care industry.   Prior to joining PAM Health, Kristen was a Senior Consultant for Fleming-AOD, assisting post-acute providers in improving operations, clinical services, navigating challenging regulatory changes, and maximizing efficiency and quality through data analytics, operational processes, coding, reimbursement, and clinical care practices.  Kristen was a graduate of Physical Therapy and furthered her education with her Master’s of Health Administration from THE Ohio State University. Kristen joined PAM Health in 2017 as part of the Executive Team.
