Jason Carter

As President of Hospital Optimization, Jason Carter is responsible of evaluating hospitals and implementing strategic plans to optimize the overall performance of hospital operations. As an advocate for patients, Jason strives to ensure high-quality, successful patient outcomes. A proud graduate of Texas State University, with a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders, Carter joined Warm Springs Specialty Hospital of Luling (now PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Luling). A few years later, Jason was promoted to Director of Rehabilitation and continued his growth and career path, accepting other roles including CEO of several PAM Health hospitals, Regional Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and currently EVP and President of Hospital Optimization.
