Dr. George Zlupko

Dr. George M. Zlupko, known to us as Dr. Z, is an experienced physician in pulmonary medicine and critical care.  Dr. Z also has credentials in undersea and hyperbaric medicine and wound care.  He is the founder of the Lung Disease Center of Central Pa., along with many business interests involving the delivery of medical services.  He is the chairman and founder of the Lung Disease Foundation of Central Pa., which is currently supported by grants from the American Lung Association and the US Department of Labor. This combination of business and medical interests made him a good fit for the position of Chief Medical Officer of PAM Health, beginning in October of 2024. Since assuming the position of CMO, Dr. Zlupko has been involved with quality of care and development initiatives at PAM Health and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the success of this dynamic health care system.
