Emily Gard

Emily Gard, RN, MHA, LNC, CPHQ,  joined PAM Health in 2019 as Chief Clinical Officer.  Emily oversees the organization’s clinical, quality, and case management operations. In this role, she provides leadership and direction for the clinical staff. She is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all clinical operations functions, quality outcomes, care coordination, pharmacy, and additional ancillary clinical support services.

With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Emily has extensive health system leadership experience in clinical and quality operations. She has served in numerous leadership roles, including Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Quality Officer at multiple acute and post-acute organizations. She has also proudly served in the military as a C-130 trauma flight nurse and a Combat Support Hospital Commander.
