We Care
The purpose of our “We Care” program is to make sure that we are providing the very best care for our patients. We strive to ensure that our patients feel valued, and that they are receiving the very best clinical and emotional support possible. We encourage our patients and their families to be involved in their treatment plan from admission to post-discharge and it is our goal to educate them for success in their recovery.
Each patient is assigned a patient partner upon admission. It is the patient partner’s responsibility to keep the patient and their family informed throughout their stay and make sure that we are meeting all of their expectations. Once a patient is well enough to go home, or transfer to the next level of care, we continue our service by following up with our patients, as needed, up to 90 days after discharge. Our We Care program is designed to ensure that we are communicating effectively, and that everything we do is in the best interest of the patient.
