The purpose of our “We Care” program is to make sure that we are providing the very best care for our patients. We strive to ensure that our patients feel valued, and that they are receiving the very best clinical and emotional support possible. We encourage our patients and their families to be involved in their treatment plan from admission to post-discharge and it is our goal to educate them for success in their recovery.
Each patient is assigned a patient partner upon admission. It is the patient partner’s responsibility to keep the patient and their family informed throughout their stay and make sure that we are meeting all of their expectations. Once a patient is well enough to go home, or transfer to the next level of care, we continue our service by following up with our patients, as needed, up to 90 days after discharge. Our We Care program is designed to ensure that we are communicating effectively, and that everything we do is in the best interest of the patient.
We are dedicated to:
Delivering exceptional experiences for our patients
Ensuring safe and quality patient outcomes
Involving our patients and their families in the care plan

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble: “I want to thank PAM (Health) Humble for taking care of my grandmother. Great experience from the very beginning! The staff were amazing and truly cared. Nursing day and night were so kind and went over and beyond which was a blessing for not only her but us the family not having to worry as we knew she was taken care of. Therapy was amazing as they accommodated to her needs in order to meet her goals and was able to go home safely. Case management kept us updated and sent her home with services which was a plus as we didn’t have to worry at all on our end. The building was beautiful and clean and a healthy environment. The medical director and doctors were always present rounding and took great care of her. She felt welcomed and said it was a home away from home. I highly recommend PAM Humble and would give them more stars if it was an option.”
PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Corpus Christi: “...I have had a great experience here. When I arrived I could barely move at all. Now I’m up and walking with help of a walker, but I can feel myself getting stronger every day. The nurses and the rehab staff are amazing they took really good care of me. The nurses respond quickly to the call lights and are attentive. My rehab team are amazing, they are supportive not only physically but mentally and I am grateful for all their continued help. The progress I’ve made could only been done with the help of the staff here and I’ll be forever grateful for the help I received while in their care.”

They would tell me what meds they we're going to give me or any type of injection, so I knew what was going on at all times. They always had a smile which made my hospital stay a little easier. They truly care about your needs and comfort.”
