Emily Gard

Chief Clinical Officer

Emily Gard joined PAM Health in 2019 as their Chief Clinical Officer and is responsible for clinical and quality operations, as well as case management and patient experience.

Emily has over 18 years of healthcare experience. She has previously served as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Quality Officer at multiple acute and post-acute organizations and also served over 12 years in the military as a C-130 trauma flight nurse and a Combat Support Hospital Commander.  Emily began her career in healthcare serving in a number of clinical roles, including certified nursing assistant, combat medic, and Registered Nurse.

Emily has her Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Masters in Healthcare Administration, holds a legal nurse certification, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
