PAM Health continues to be dedicated to the safety and well-being of our patients, employees, and community. You may have concerns about novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and how our dedicated, highly trained medical teams are working to ensure your safety during your visits at our various locations.

To limit exposure and protect your health, PAM Health has implemented the following processes, in addition to our standard protocols for cleaning and sanitation:

  • Proper social distancing is used for all staff not necessary in treatment to the patient.
  • Additional disinfectant cleanings of all surfaces are performed between patient visits.
  • Our medical team changes into new gloves between each patient interaction. Gloves are worn for all patient interactions.
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available onsite.
  • Employees are screened daily to ensure they are healthy, prior to checking into work.
  • A preadmission health assessment is conducted on all patients prior to arriving at the hospital.

As new information is provided to our team, we will continue to implement additional processes as needed.

If you think that you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are displaying symptoms such as a fever, cough or difficulty breathing, please contact your medical provider immediately.

A Message from our Chairman and CEO about COVID-19

February 2022

First, I want to acknowledge the hard work of our amazing team members around the country. Over the course of the past two years, you have truly been on the frontlines caring for patients day in and day out. The Coronavirus has not been easy for anyone – and it has been especially challenging for our team members providing direct patient care. Your compassion and unwavering dedication are truly inspiring. You have brought hope to many recovering COVID-19 patients and their families, amidst evolving rules and regulations, new variants, and your own personal challenges.

Since the pandemic began, PAM Health hospitals have treated many patients recovering from life-threatening COVID-19 side effects such as acute respiratory distress and physical deconditioning. In addition, we have developed outpatient therapy programs to assist with managing the lingering symptoms of long-haul COVID-19.

Thank you for your perseverance and your commitment to patients. As difficult as the past two years have been, I hope you can find joy in the people whose lives you helped to save and the family members who remain ever thankful to you for your life-changing work.

On behalf of the entire PAM Health family, I thank you for never giving up, for working hard every day, and for each and every thing that you do to help our patients when they need us the most. I am fortunate to work with such an extraordinary group of people.
